But still you will not be able to get MBBS. I suggest you to go for other courses like BHMS BUMS BDS etc. Most probably you will get a

Hello Aspirant,  In the government college for MBBS and BDS there will be about 1,750. And 

For the private medical college it is about 2,150. For government dental college the total seats are 140 and for the private dental college the seats are 1200.

Hello Megha, You can get one college in UP under state quota general category. The closing rank for the U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Etawah was 24680 in 2018. So, you will easily get admission in that college. Getting admission in any other medical colleges in UP

If you did not register yourself for the counselling at the state quota for the first round,you should wait to register fresh for the second round in your state counselling. Now nothing can be done to apply for the first round if dates if applying has passed. So

Mention the state you stay in. It's lot difficult at this marks to get a government college for MBBS even though if you belong to 3A/OBC category. Even private colleges are tentative especially this year when the cutoffs are expected to rise since the number of candidates had increased and
