Yes you can get a B category seat in Andhra pradesh private medical colleges. The B category which is called the Management quota accounts for 33% of seats with a minimum fee of 11 lakhs per annum. But these days,the private medical colleges cost upto 1 crore anonumously

Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) on behalf of Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has withdrawn the provisional seat allotment list for round one of NEET 2019 counselling. As per the official notification, the fresh results will be put up shortly. A new schedule for counselling will also be published along
Yes there is fresh verifiverifi for every round.. but as far as I know you should attend first round and report to the college allotted to you then only you will be eligible for the next round.. Hope this helps.. Good luck..
No, if you don't have to pay for second counselling. It is a fresh counselling in which new registrations and choice filling would start. If you have taken part in the first counselling then you don't have to make payment in the second one.

the 1st round of counselling for neet is free exit round for everyone. even if you get a college seat alloted to you in first round , you have the choice to not get admitted without forfeiting the money. but once you get admitted and acquire the seat
