Well according to last year's cutoff you need to score a minimum of 480 marks to get into a government medical college in West Bengal.

Since the competition is little stiff this year the cutoff may differ but it is also true that no. Of seats is also increased this year.

So I assume that you have decent chances of getting a government medical college in West Bengal.
