Yes, you can apply for the 2nd round of counselling even if you have missed the first one.

The display of seat matrix would be in the first week of July, 2019.

Fresh Registration, payment and choice filling  would start from July 9 to 11(upto 5:00 p.m).

I got 420 marks in neet 2019 from jharkhand belongs to sc cat is there any chance of getting gov medical collage for mbbs?

hey Komal, seeing this year's cutoff which wnet very high that even the students getting above 500 are worried about their colleges.So, with this score you won't get a goverment college for mbbs this year even  if you belong to sc category. You can obviously go for some other course
