Since you belong to a reserved category , you might have chances of getting a seat in medical college but please mention your state because each and every state have different criteria of reservation and there is a huge variation in cutoffs for different categories in different states

At your score, it seems really difficult to predict whether you will get admission into veterinary colleges in India, especially under All India Quota. 

However,  if you are a holder of a domicile certificate of your state, there are still chances.
