Your marks are good but they are on the boundary line for a government college to pursue MBBS. You can try for UP Rural Medical Sciences and Research Etawah and also for Dr Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical college Lucknow. These are government medical colleges expected to have cutoff in the range of 490s. So you can get admission here. And as these are government colleges they will have normal fees like maybe maximum 1 lacs per year.
