You have a good score but the cutoff has increased this year also in AIQ getting government medical or dental colleges require quite high rank as compared to yours. Though you can try for private colleges you have chances of getting a medical seat.

although it is very difficult to predict the cutoff as it depends on various factors.

according to the previous year cut off for various colleges, the minimum marks at which a general category student got a seat was 560 which is more than what you scored so according to that you have a tough chance to secure a government medical college. Please keep
