You have not mentioned your category. Anyways, if you belong to the general category, with 317 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college anywhere are negligible as previous yearvthe last admission was for 469 marks.

I see very slim chances of you getting admission into a government college in medical college. However, you must still try for government dental colleges. 

However, you would definitely get admission into any good private medical or dental colleges.

The duration of BHMS course is of 5 and 1/2 years including the internship .BHMS is a qualification awarded as graduation degree for student .The approximate average fees is RS 2 lakhs to 3 lakhs .But the fees structure varies from college to college.

Hello, the eligiblity criteria for admission to undergraduate medical courses through NEET is-
  • Candidate should pass XII from any recognised board/institution with atleast 50% marks for General category and 40% marks for OBC,SC,ST in PCB.
  • Candidate should at least be 17 years old.
