Hello...my CG state rank is 1788.is there any chance to get govt.college?

Hello dear aspirant.
As per your category rank under home state quota you might be not able to get a good government medical college of your state.
If it was your general rank then you will be surely having fair chances.
Apart from this you can take admission in some private colleges though.
