It is necessary that the candidate applying for Karnataka NEET UG 2019 counciling must have Karnataka Domicile and have qualified the NEET UG test in kannada. Else you may apply to Private institutes by qualifying their Entrance tests and Counciling or Interview.

I hope you are asking about the ayurvedic medical college R A Poddar. There the cutoff ranges generally from 400-500 for general and obc and from 300-350 for SC and St. So, you have high chances of admission there.
