Hi,
Private medical colleges have three categories of seats:
Government quota where candidates holding state domicile can seek admission in
Management quota whereby camdidates need to directly contact the college
NRI quota
So you can seek admission in private medical colleges of the state whose domicile you hold under the government quota. However for other states whose domicile you don't have you need to go for the management quota seats.
