On the day of seat allotment day in neet counselling 2019,you will to know whether you got a seat in medical college or not.
If you got any seat in medical colleges you will be informed. You will be told to pay some seat allotment fees if you accept
You have scored good this year and if you are a resident of Karnataka then you can get a government mbbs or bds seat this year too. Then you don't need to drop for it.
As last year the opening marks for mbbs seat in open state were 368

Seeing your score and previous year cuttoff of medical college,you seems not elligible for goverment Medical College through state quota.Also you won't get private medical college for MBBS.You can secure seat in private dental college easily.
