If you are allotted a seat in say 2nd or 3rd of counseling then if you choose to accept it you would be asked if you want to select the YES UPGRADATION which would enable you to change your accepted seat at a college provided you are allotted

Absolutely you can appear for CAT but the college you'll get will depend on your past academic records. So try to score well in CAT which will be conducted by IIM Kozhikode this year and you can get a good college. You have a decent academics so you can get

If you have not applied to all India quota counselling on time then you would definitely do not get any seat through all India quota. 

But you can apply for your state quota counselling and then can get a medical seat according to your marks.

I would like to tell you that B.V.Sc admissions are done both by state and all india merit lists. 15%seats are filled through all india quota and rest by state merit. In all india merit neet marks are considered for selection . You can get a college if your all

Hello aspirant!  Let me to inform you that the you have got a decent percentile in mht cet examinations 2019. Now the eligibility criteria says that you must have 50-60% percentage of marks in your class twelve board examinations in your 3 main subjects like pcm /pcb .
