Dear Sudeep, 

AT this point of time you cannot do much.I don't think now there is a way to get your class 10 th official certificate but try to get a substitute certificate from your class 10th school of your passing.

You can register on that site for the Telangana state quota counselling. The counselling for private colleges seat is also done by this site after the government quota counselling.

The neet  counselling is conducted by mcc organisation of India for all India quota. And state quota neet counselling is conducted by concerned organisation in the resective states. The official link of mcc sit is given here.

With 67% in PCB in class 12th you are surely eligible for neet. Neet eligibility criteria is that a candidate must score aggregate of 50% if general and 40% if obc/st/sc, in PCB/biotechnology in class 12th. As a obc candidate you are fulfilling the eligibility criteria for neet.

No you don't have to show birth certificate only your clads 10th marksheet and certificate will do. You have to show following documents at the time of counseling. Make sure you have following documents ready with their attested photocopies.
  • Admit card
  • Neet result card
  • Class 10 and 12

With 205 marks and belonging to state quota you might get government medical seat through state quota. But it totally depends to which state you belong to. Some states like delhi, Rajasthan, kerala have high cut off therefore it is difficult ti get govt medical seat in such types

For 15% AIQ/ Central Universities/AFMS and ESI, Non Refundable Registration Fee is Rs. 1000 for UR candidates and rs. 500 for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates.

Refundable security amount- Rs. 10,000 for UR candidates and Rs. 5,000 for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates.

As per the SC order states that if a candidate from reserved category get marks of UR category on the basis of there merit they can obviously claim seat in the general category, that is the 50% of seats which are for unreserved category.  So it might be
