If I got college in Rajasthan in 1 counselling then can I quit this college if I want ???

Hello Meenakshi,
If you get a college in the 1st round of counseling then you have a option of applying for upgradation of college if you don't want that particular college.
For that you need to visit that allotted college and should apply for upgradation of the college. You can then fill the form for 2nd round of allotment and you will be allotted a fresh college.
