As soon as you get a seat , you must go to ARC centre and lock your seat if you get what you want . Or else you can keep the seat as float and see for second counseling session.

Dont compare this year's marks vs rank chart with the previous year's one. in 2018, the marks for rank 61000 would be 420-430. but this year it has changed drastically. Hope this information might help you out. NEET is more high scoring this year than the last.
