Hey Anjana ,seeing this year's cutoff which went very high that even the stundents getting 500 are worried about their colleges,so you can compare your present score with their score,and it states that for Mbbs you have zero chances of getting a goverment college even in state quota with these marks and whichever category you belong to.However you may have chances for goverment BAMS ,BDS and Bums for sure.
