Those who had done their high school and intermediate from the same state need not to show the domicile certificate but the marksheets are enough.

Domicile proves your state membership and your birth right from your state . So there is no alternative for domicile certificate.
And about that affidavit , then it wont work everywhere. Ao it is quite useless. Instead apply for domicile and get it handy as soon as possible.
