They both have same qualification , so I don't think it matters for a long term.
Yeah, if it comes to job offers from corporate hospitals then pay-scale is decided on the basis of interview. And during this, they may consider your background . But it matters only in Engg.

Elligiblity criteria of Aiims are : for gen / obc 60% are required. For SC / st 50 % are required .
Of you are from gen obc category then you are not elligible . And if you are from SC ,st then you are elligible for AIIMS

Hello,
As you mentioned with 138 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college anywhere are negligible.As your marks are too low you might not even get some private medical college.
I suggest you to go for some other course or prepare for NEET next year.

As you mentioned with OBC category and 417 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are quite high.

Dear Sir / ma'm, the cut-offs are subject to change every year and one cannot really predict them. The all india cut-off for general remains around 550 and above. However, state cut offs are much lower than the all india. So, it depends and cannot be really predicted.

The eligiblity criteria for admission to undergraduate medical courses through NEET is-
Candidate should pass XII with atleast 50% for General category and 40% for OBC,SC,ST in PCB.
If you are scoring less than this than you should go for improvement.
