There are very low chances of getting a MBBS seat in any of the colleges of the Kerala , whether government or private. The cutoff rank for even Private Self financing college was 29329 for KMCT Medical College , Manassery. But , you can easily get a Private

According to last year cutoffs with this score you have good chances of getting a seat in ESIC. So you can definitely try. You can take a look at the cutoffs of different colleges through the link below.

The cutoff of MBBS in Telangana is quite high. So with this score it's quite difficult. The chances of getting a seat in Government college is negligible. But do try in private colleges. Hopefully you can get a seat in the private colleges. I am providing two links
