If I consider the previous year data .Then you have negligible  chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in karnataka even  through state quota . Previous year minimum marks admitted for an obc candidate under state quota was 338 for Raichur Institute of Medical Sciences, Raichur.so you hold no chance of getting admision in a government college .
Hopefully you might get a private college.you can also look for some other  related courses.juat remember one thing that The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted . cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.

it is not possible for you to get a government medical college with this score. This year the cut offs are expected to be high and your score is quite low for it. I would suggest you to either take a private college or give one more attempt next year.
