If at all you did not uploaded any documents then your form will be disqualified. But if you have uploaded something , then you can upload the rest at the ARC centre during documents verification.
But that too depends completely on the centre .

If we look at the last year's cut off marks that are 380 and above for SC category candidates state quota then the chances of admission are less. However, the cut off score is decided by many factors like the percentile score, number of students applying for state quota
