Well the cut off for NRI category students goes low and admission becomes easy. Because of this the admission in any government college might be possible and as far as KMC Manipal is concerned, the cut off there is also pretty high because of which admission have moderate chances.

There is no link between NEET Counselling and Management quota seat. Every Private College will allocate Certain seats to the Management quota students. You directly contact or go through online admission process for management quota. You don't need to wait for Counselling.
