How can I pay the counseling fee and the amount required as there no options for as I hav the amount but I am not able to send the amount

First of all check that you have done all the prerequired steps properly. And submitted it currectly. There must be option to pay somewhere on your screen. If not then try to reload your window. You may even need to check your browser for any blockers. And check if you have not crossed the time limit. If still the problem exists then you may write to the helpline no. from counselling portal.
Please look carefully in the window it will show you option for payment of counselling fee.If not then re login and then try again.
