Will Aiims exam will conduct in 2020 as it is said that there will only one exam ie Neet to get admission in Mbbs as per NMC bill??

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 18th Aug, 2019
Dear Karen, MCI is being replaced by NMC. However this will take upto 6 months based on the information released by the Health Ministry. There was also news that AIIMS and JIPMER admissions also will be conducred through NEET as a part of NMC Bill. Considering this is August, and 6 months from now is Feb/March 2020,it is unlikely that there any changes that will be affecting AIIMS 2020 and JIPMER 2020. If you are someone planning on taking on NEET, this might help you:

Kya NIOS se pass science student bhi NDA m eligible h

mahimadogra_6929406 Student Expert 18th Aug, 2019

Hey Kavita.

To be eligible to take the NDA entrance exam the eligibility criteria laid out states that you need to pass class 12th from a recognised board. And NIOS is a board which is recognised nationally. So if you have completed class 12th from NIOS with science subjects you seem to be eligble to take The NDA entrance exam as long as the other eligibility requirements like age, physical standards etc are fulfilled.

Best of luck

Can somebody take admission now in Private Medical college if he/she has not appeared in 2019 NEET exam.

Joydeep Saha Student Expert 18th Aug, 2019
Hey Suranjan !
Sorry to inform but admission in all forms of undergrad degrees of MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, BAMS, BHMS etc. in the Govt. and Pvt. Medical Colleges is based on the sole discretion of their rank achieved in NEET.
And for that, appearing for NEET is quite essential.

Hope this helps.

Good Luck !

Animesh Vats Student Expert 18th Aug, 2019

Hi Preetham,

Well 560 is a nice marks and the chances of getting a government medical college seat in government medical colleges in Karnataka might be possible with such marks.

I am attaching a link below where you can get the list of all the colleges and their respective cut offs according to last year statistics.

How much should one score (range) in neet for an (oc) to get selected at afmc?

Animesh Vats Student Expert 18th Aug, 2019

Hi Shiethal,

Well to get admission in AFMC in OBC category, one should focus on getting a score which is around 480+ and if possible then 500+ in NEET.

Every year the cut off is increasing and this is causing trouble for all the applicants as this is increasing the competition.

That is why scoring high is always safe to get a seat in AFMC.

I hope this information helps.

All the best.
