according to the previous year cut off, you have a fair chance to secure a government medical college via state quota. i am adding the list of colleges
do keep in mind that each year the cut off variates due to various factors and may change this year
The counselling for ayush is not going through the mcc website . The central council of indian medicine is conducting the counselling process. The counseling for ayush is also being carried out on the same platform. The link of the platform is www.ccimindia.org

NEET is conducted every year by National Testing Agency (NTA)for admissions of students to various medical colleges under different courses such as:
MBBS
BHMS
BAMS
BDS
BUMS
So with your rank and category it seems a but difficult for you to get MBBS under state or all india

I am sorry to inform you this but its really tough to get into the college you are asking at the marks you have got. Try private institutions if you are keen to study medicine. Even with category this score won't help you much. Don't lower your hopes.
