If I'm getting choice of choosing new established college and lower ranked state colleges for MBBS through neet 2019. What should I choose

I think you should go for the old colleges if the history of the college in terms of the students result, medical practice and environment is good. As we cannot know much about the newly established institute and its environment. So investigate properly if you want to get into the new college else you go for the older one if it is better.
