The chances of your's getting AIPVT is not too much. Last year according to the 15% quota the last college alloted was around 21k rank. So this year also it will go around 25k. If your rank is within this then only you have a good chance. I

Since you're from Rajasthan you cannot apply for colleges in Karnataka through state quota. The only way you can get a college in Karnataka is through AIQ but AIQ cut offs are really high. You can apply for deemed universities in Karnataka but I don't think you'll make

As per last year's cutoff, your rank looks a bit high to seek admission in government colleges of Harayana. But BDS is easily open for you. Moreover you can also try private colleges. Check this out to get a rough idea:
