Well dear,the management quota fees varies from university to university,and from candidate to candidate,the actual details can only be given By the respective institutes.

But,the management quota fees are no less than 40 lakhs.

Firstly dear,B.VSc. Admissions are not conducted through NEET UG,rather they are either conducted through AIPVT(All India Pre Vetenary Test) exam conducted by VCI(Veternary Council Of India).

Previously,the admissions to these courses were done through NEET UG due to some reason.

The chances of getting a seat in a government college in West Bengal is very less with this score. But you can get private college seat with this score. So you can try for that. You can try in Karnataka also as the Cut off is high there.

Though you have qualified the neet paper but with this marks its hard to even get a private medical college.But you can go for counselling for private colleges if you want.

I am sorry to tell you but with a score of 237 in NEET UG 2019,I don't think you will be able to get a seat in any government or private college for medical even if you belong to OC category. I think you should drop a year
