Yes it is possible to get seat in any of the regions of Maharashtra as that score is decent for SC candidate. Colleges in Aurangabad,  Kolhapur, Yavatmal, Nanded, Akola, Nagpur, Dhule and such areas generally have lower cutoff so you may at least get a seat there.
