Fee structure is same for both general category and reserved category. The application fess is Rs.1000 for both reserved and unreserved category. And if you are concerned about the college fee , it is also same for both the categories. Reserved categories have relaxation only on marks ,

If you did your schooling and college from Karnataka then you will be considered a local or i would say that domiciled person of Karnataka irrespective of the place where you took your exam. You wont hold the domicile for the place where you took the exam

if you have not made more than restricted attempts for the respective category and your age is below the restricted number then you are eligible to appear NEET and you dont need to show any other certificates than the regular mandatory ones which other candidates have to
Hello dear student, you might have cleared NEET but your marks are very less to get you an admission in any of the government medical colleges. You need to have Atleast more than 520 marks looking into last year's cutoff list to secure a seat in any of the government
