I am sorry to tell you but with a score of 342 in NEET UG 2019, you will not be able to get any government or private college even if you belong to EWS category. I think you should drop a year and appear for the examination again

Based on the closing ranks of 2018 your chances are low.
5847 was the closing rank last year. But there will be variations based on the no of applicants, no of seats avaialble etc.
