Hi Nivetha,
As far as your issue is concerned, you can do one thing.
There is a reset initialisation option on the registration page. You can select that to reset your quota choice and then can fill your preferred quota type but it can be done only once.
Registrations have been increased till 11:00am of 25th June. So you can do it now.
