Last year Mbbs cut off for general candidates in HP under AIQ was 550 at JLN Medical college, chamba and under state quota was 483 at JLN Medical college,chamba.

Last year cut off for general candidates in orrissa under state quota was 508 at Government Medical College and Hospital, Balangir and 491 at Hi-Tech Medical College and Hospital, Bhubaneswar and under AIQ was 537 at SLN Medical college.

As per previous years cut off trend, your chances of getting admission for MBBS course in a government medical college in Kerala with a rank of 69000 in UR category is quite low, infant negligible. 

However, you could try in other private or deemed universities.

Last year cut off score for sri ramchandra was 294 ..so yes.there are good chamces that u can get this college. But beware about the fees. Its around 2200000/year.
