In most of the courses at PSG College of arts and science, you need to score above 785 upon 800. (All four main subjects together). For BSc Biotechnology or Microbiology, 600 is the least score for admission.

You are eligible for admission of B.Pharm as you have +50% in HSC. Also, your CET scores are important to get admitted in any institute. 

Ofcourse you will get a seat. The college fees may vary depending on your college, your category from 10,000-1 lakh.

No, your score is way too less to get a college as good as St. Xavier's or Jai Hind. Also, there are only a few colleges in Mumbai like HR, Jai Hind, St. Xavier's, Amity, Jhunjhunwala offering B.Voc (Software development) so you might not get your desired stream with this
