If i get a seat in NEET PG 2020 and report to the college after paying the fees.....and if i also get a seat in May AIIMS 2020....is it possible to leave the seat which was alloted in NEET and join AIIMS???

Yes, AIIMS is not yet Merged so it is considered different. You can join AIIMs.
NEET pg seat will be vacant by you. As the couselling would end by then, you have high chances of vacating and emptying a seat, if you leave.It wont be occupied by someone else.

Depending on the college and the state, the college is in the fee may vary, but on an average it will cost you around 3-6 lakhs per year and so it will cost you around 15-25 lakhs for the whole course.
