The major difference between a University seat and Self-finance seat is the difference of fee structures in both.

Actually , the university or regular seats are totally funded by the university grant commission  (UGC) and so the fee of such seats is comparatively low.

Dear student, Osmania University does have the scholarship program for the weaker sections category, for the students qualified for M.Pharmacy through TS PGECET. You have to approach the college authorities regarding this with your income certificate issued by the respective local authority.

Dear student, there is definite time to pay the required fees of allotted college after the counsellling process. You must submit the fees during that time and get your documents verified during that time frame itself. You are not allowed the fees in the subsequent rounds of counselling procedure.

I am assuming that you have taken JEE MAINS first time in 2019, you can definitely give JEE Mains next year and JEE Advanced also as anyone can take JEE Advanced for two consecutive years and JEE Mains for 3 consecutive years. You have some attempts left.

Candidates who get admission in AU through APICET has to pay per annum 50k or below excluding mess fee,hostel fee etc.since your rank is below 100 you can expect much lesser fee also.it is 1.5lakh per annum for payment seats only. so no need to worry. hope for the best.

The fee structure for the participating colleges of TS LAWCET is decided by the government. So, the fee structure of both Padala Rama Reddi College and Pendekanti Law College will be same, which is around 11,000 per year.
