Yes, each and every college under IPU charges a University fee of 40,000 per year from the students. This fee is additional to the tuition fees. This fee is charged for the services provided by the university, like counselling, admission, exams, University event e.t.c.

You will have to pay the counselling fee before counselling even if it is on the day of counselling. 

This fees paid is non-refundable which means it won't be given back even if the student swcires a seat or not.

Yes there is option of lateral entry in JNTU kakinada. Fulfilling the elgibility criteria will fetch you a seat in the Institute.
