The present fee structure be like this :
75% off on tuition fee is for 4 years or just one year?
And what else can I do, to not to be, a financial burden on my family. Are there any extra scholarships?

The registration Fee for PESSAT Bangalore is INR 1050/-
And the course fee of PES University,Bangalore for BTech(CSE,ECE,Mechanical engineering,EEE,Civil engineering,Biotechnology) is INR 3,20,000/- per annum.
Total fee=12,80,000

Sorry to say but with this score chances of getting vit chennai is very low. He can only get it through management quota .
But he can definitely wait for it and see what happens in counselling.
