2) Semester Fee: Rs. 18,000/-(per semester)
3) Laboratory Fee: Rs. 1000/-(per year)
4) Development Fee: Rs. 1000/- Rs.500/-per year x2
5) Library Fee: Rs. 600/-(per semester)

Yes, university refunds the fees if you withdraw your seat before the completion of counseling. Once the all the rounds of counseling are done, then you cannot get the fees back.
