Hi. I caanot really say if they will lower the fees for you. it depends on your marks and performance and also on the institute. If you talk to them about your financial problem, then they might lower the fee.

Though you have got 3730 rank in AP EAMCET and if you have paid the fees in SVNE.then for getting a free seat you can apply for a scholarship in the following college if they give you then ok because every college have some seats for merit scorers.
