If you belongs to a poor family and you can't afford the fee then it is humble request that please don't take admission in any private college (exept some).

I don't want to look you in problem after 4 years.

You can open bank in 2 to 3 bank.

Open SBI bank this is top bank and additional open punjab or any other bank for money withdrawl because every time SBI ATM is empty.

Open a paytm bank through app and must use tez app.

Since the tution fee vary from course to course so I need to know about the specific course that want to persue in this college .

Usually, the fee varies from 3 lqkhs to 3.5 lakhs per annum.

The course fees will be form 50k for both semester consider of 2.3k even the hostel is also available with a very low rate.

If fees is not is not into consideration, clearly VIT chennai is better due to better placements and infrastructure. Hostel Facilities and environment is also better at VIT university,chennai
