If fees is not is not into consideration, clearly VIT chennai is better due to better placements and infrastructure. Hostel Facilities and environment is also better at VIT university,chennai

After submitting the fees, You need to report on 31st July, 2018, the  day of  beginning  of  Academic Session  and  Registration Formalities  of  1st semester at  HBTU  Kanpur. You can check the further information with the given below link.

Just wait, they will update their site after few hours. 

In most of the colleges the new students have to pay their fee through DD. So you should confirm by asking them since you are in campus now so ask.

Hi. I caanot really say if they will lower the fees for you. it depends on your marks and performance and also on the institute. If you talk to them about your financial problem, then they might lower the fee.
