1.If I don't get any upgradation seat can I leave my seat of JNMC Which I got in 1st round and get my fees

I would like to suggest you that between RIT kottayam and Mar Athanasius college Kothamangalam you should go for RIT kottayam as they have a better placement record.
After b.tech you can for MBA or M.TECH as per your wish.
