Students willing to take admission at IITs should register for COAP and also apply separately to the respective Institute(s) for M.Tech. admission.

If you don't have the OBC- NCL certificate then you can apply for it and you will have to produce it on the report date of your college provided to you, through the counselling process. You may produce it before the counselling process if available to you.
