Hello aspirant , exact dates have not been released by the state. It would be held in the month of September. Keep checking the sites. The official declaration would be done there only. The dates would be released after that 4 - 5 counselling would start.

Dear aspirant, for the refunding of fees you have to get in contact with the officials of institutes to know about all the procedure, you may have to visit the institute once or twice in order to get your fees back.
