As per the latest Supreme Court judgement, upper age limit has been waived off. For 2020, NTA has not yet given any age limit. But The lower age limit to be eligible to take NEET 2020 is a minimum of 17 years as on the date of admissions or by December 31, 2020. Youll be eligible only if you complete 17 years by 31 December 2020. You don't seem to be eligible as you won't be 17. You can use the link below for updates.

PSG College of Technology, MIT, HCET, CEG, Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Chennai Institute of Technology. But according to your rank it will not be a reachable thing. Your rank is a bit too high for government colleges. You will be able to get private colleges.

The dates for the start of AP PGECET fee payment for GATE/GPAT candidates and AP PGECET candidates are 17th and 22nd of August respectively while the seat allotment is scheduled for 22nd of August and 5th September respectively so the fee you should pay your fees 2 days prior to the seat allotment. The dates for second phase counselling of TS ICET 2019 has not been announced yet. The Department of Technical Education will wait till the candidates finally report to the allotted college. In case there is a shortage of students then TS ICET second counselling dates will be announced.

The Osmania University, Hyderabad(the governing body of TS-LAWCET), will start with the TS LAWCET 2019 counseling for admissions to three years and five years integrated LLB programs in the third week of October 2019. For taking part in the counseling process, you have to meet the cutoff marks as published for TS-LAWCET 2019 and also meet the other eligibility criteria and then have to get your documents verified at the specified centers. Only then you can take part in the counseling process of TS-LAWCET 2019.
