The Tution Fee wavier Scheme(TWFS) is done on college level. The college authorities will select the students getting into TWFS. This will be done after all the admission procedure are completed and internal sliding etc. is completed. So i would suggest you to get in touch with your college

KVPY applications will conclude on August 20, 2019, at 5 pm. Students will have to pay the fee before that time. so fill your form and pay the fee before 5 pm
