UPSC will release the answer key of CDS 2 (to be held on Nov 18) in November, after the exam. However, there is no official date for its availability so far. CDS is conducted twice a year. Apart from UPSC, some coaching institutes will also release the answer

Till they did not announced the official date of counselling for BIPC stream foR AP EAMCET.

only for food technology and bio technology courses in BIPC stream counselling had started....

Your son needs to complete 17 years of age in order to be eligible for appearing NEET . Less than 17year is not eligible for same.
