Your son needs to complete 17 years of age in order to be eligible for appearing NEET . Less than 17year is not eligible for same.

Its quite a big issue.. you have to provide registration number of neet ug during filling up the CET form,because of this only you will participate in cet counselling .. try to contact cet officials as soon as possible.. they will guide you in this matter.. otherwise your cet
