You can withdraw your seat before 7 round of the JOSAA counseling. The seat acceptance fee will be refunded in a few months to your bank account after deducting of INR 1000 as a processing charge. Withdrawal of seat will not be allowed after the final round of

Yes, you have to apply separately. If you are confident about your merit go for AI Quota but be beware of the second round because if once you are allocated a seat in the second round of AI counselling, you will not be allowed to resign and take

Dear Sir / Ma'm, the DGHS will open its counselling portal in the second week of June where you have to register yourself by paying a fee of Rs. 5000 and an additional refundable amount of 2 lacs only if you wish to participate in the deemed university counselling process.
